Vincennes Community Schools food provider Sodexho will go to its five-mean take home distribution this Friday. The five-day meal plan comes with the closure of the in-house school breakfast and lunch locations, due to the end of summer school.
Tara Lips is with Sodexho. She reminds everyone this Friday is the start for the five day meal plans. Pre-registration is necessary to pick up the school meals. Lips says that is needed to ensure an orderly pick-up.
The pickup will be from four to six p-m each Friday at the entrance to Clark Middle School in Vincennes. The one exception will be the week of Friday, July fourth; that week only, the meals will go out from four to six p-m on Thursday, July third. The first time you pick up food, you must have your child or children in the vehicle with you when you arrive for food pickup.
