The Isaiah House 117 is having their annual Lemonade Stand Challenge Weekend July 17th-19th! There will be lemonade stands all over the country with a variety of different lemonades! Join WZDM in the fun and creativity and raise awareness for the Isaiah 117 House with our Porch Day July 17th!

Our dear Ed Ballinger (who had the biggest heart of anyone we know) was a big supporter of Isaiah House 117. He was also an avid Tang drinker. This year, we honor Ed’s memory by dedicating our Lemonade Stand to Ed– and having Tang available as well as lemonade! Stop by on the 17th between 9 and 3pm. All proceeds will go directly to the Isaiah 117 House.

Isaiah 117 provides a comforting home where foster children can be brought to wait – a place that is safe with friendly and loving volunteers who provide clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. This space allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while child welfare staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good placement.
