The United Way of Knox County is preparing for its annual Day of Caring, taking place Thursday, September 18th and Friday, September 19th.
Carson Thacker is one of the co-chairs for the overall United Way campaign this year. He lays out both days’ activities. Thacker feels this is a great chance to give back—and learn more about the donor agencies supported by the United Way of Knox County.
Projects include landscaping, painting, minor repairs, organization tasks, and more—all designed to directly benefit local nonprofit agencies and community spaces.
