Set of Bones Found in Palestine IL Office Seeking Identification

      Palestine, Illinois Police say a human skeleton was discovered Sunday in an upstairs closet of the former Palestine Home and Hardware Company store located at 202 South Main Street.
      It was found by workers cleaning the building.
      Police report the bones appeared to be an anatomical skeletal model used in the previous Dr. Taylor Physician’s Office. The medical proactive had been closed for many years.
      The bones were processed, photographed, and bagged as evidence and will be sent to an anthropologist to examine and determine what further investigation needs to occur.
