Purdue Knox County Extension educator Valerie Clingerman says so-so weather is bringing in a so-so yield in this area. Clingerman says with a tough start to the season, and a hot, dry mid to late summer, farmers had to make some hard choices.
With harvest activities continuing, drivers—especially on country roads—are reminded to watch for various farm vehicles involved in harvest activities.
