Bicknell Woman Arrested in Daviess County

      37-year-old Crystal Dawn Smith of Bicknell was arrested in Daviess County for Theft.
      Smith is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
      Washington Police arrested 24-year-old Mavrick Jones of Washington for Domestic Battery and Intimidation.
      Jones is being held without bond.
