The Vincennes YMCA and Good Samaritan Hospital is planning a two-day Parkinson’s Awareness session Friday and Saturday. The overall two-day event will be filled with education, exercise, and encouragement.
Friday’s first day will be an education session t Good Samaritan Hospital. The free program includes information, resources, and discussion for both individuals and caregivers. The program will be a day-long session; lunch will be provided for all attending. On Saturday, those interested will get together for activities at Gregg Park. The activities will encourage movement and connection.
Registration for one or both days is free. Both will have separate registrations; the Friday education event is through Good Samaritan Hospital, with Saturday’s session through the Vincennes YMCA.
