The Vincennes Board of Works has approved a move to allow signage of purchase documents now for a new City fire truck. Vincennes Fire Chief Brett Bobe says the early signing is a cost-saving move. Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum also assures everyone the money will be there to cover the contract’s signing.
The actual construction will take around a year to complete.
