Vincennes To Sign Sister City Pact with Ukranian City

The City of Vincennes will host a virtual signing ceremony this morning to sign a sister city agreement with Ovruch, Ukraine. Ovruch is a city in Chytomir Oblast section of Ukraine. (The event will begin at nine a-m at Vincennes City Hall; that is 3 pm Ukranian time.
This marks another Sister City alignment for Vincennes. The other sister cities include Vincennes, France and Wasserburg, Germany.
