Lawrenceville Lad Raising Funds for Special Olympics Trip

Lawrenceville’s Ryan Farrar is raising funds to join Team Illinois in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for the 2026 USA Special Olympics. Farrar is competing in powerlifting in next year’s national Games.
A GoFundMe site has been set up to help meet the expenses of travel, lodging, and training costs. The donation link is at gofundme.com under the name Ryan Farrar. His account was set up on Thursday of last week.
