Various business and residential projects continue to progress in the City of Vincennes. At least three retailers, and one housing complex, continue to move toward completion.
Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum updates two of them—including, after nearly 20 years, a return of Starbucks within a couple of weeks.
The third project under construction is a downtown Dunkin’ Donuts location. That has just started work near Sixth and Busseron. Also, work on Bierhaus Flats continues around the clock. Mayor Yochum is a firsthand witness of that progress.
The new Five Below is setting up shop in the Kimmel Pointe area, while Bierhaus Flats’ construction is along the east side of Bierhaous Boulevard.
