Daviess County Man Arrested on Child Molesting Charges

      The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man Tuesday on three counts of Child Molesting, one count of Child Molesting Involving Fondling or Touching with a Child Under 14, and Sexual Misconduct with a minor.
      30-year-old Nickolas Michael Gaines is being held on $100,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
      Indiana State Police arrested 23-year-old Carter Steele of Elnora Wednesday on a warrant for Fraud.
      Steele was released from jail on $5,000 bond.
