Vincennes Water Utilities officials are in the process of running a water and sewer line toward a possible expansion in the 41 Industrial Park. The lines will serve an area that is being code named Project Blazer.
Vincennes Water Utilities general manager Kirk Bouchie reminds everyone it is a partnership with the Knox County Indiana Economic Development. Bouchie knows the placement is perfect for the industrial growth everyone hopes will set up on that 25 acre plot of land.
The project itself is being funded through the first Indiana regional development, or READI, grant.
