The Knox County Commissioners have reappointed all of its previous appointments unanimously at yesterday’s session. However, two of those appointments saw some future adjustments built into the workding/
The first is a reappointment of Knox County Veterans’ Service officer Marty Qualkenbush through January 30th. That is due to Qualkenbush’s plans to retire from the spot at that time. The Commissioners’ stated wish is to fill that position at their next session on January 20th, with the position to be filled starting February first.
The other is an appointment of Kellie Streeter for another near on the Knox Coutny Redevelopment Commission. Along with that, Commissioners president T-J Brink wants Commissioner Tim Ellerman the Second to shadow the position this year, in order to fill it next year, when Streeter intends to leave the Commissioners. The approved motion also includes the re-appointment of Chris Sanders and Paul Singleton to the County R-D-C.
