Cold Weather Advisory in Place Through Mid-Morning

Indiana is under a Cold Weather Advisory thorugh this morning, as an arctic blast brings dangerously low temperatures to the state. Wind chills could continue to be below zero at least through mid=morning.
Forecasters warn that frostbite can set in on exposed skin in as little as thirty minutes, so Hoosiers are urged to dress in layers and limit time outdoors through this afternoon.
