VITA Tax Help Starts in February

The United Way of Knox County once again invites the public to file their taxes for free this year with the VITA program. VITA stads for Volunteers in Tax Assistance.
The tax drop-offs will happen from ten to twelve Saturday, February 7th at the Knox County Public Library. It will continue each Saturday through February 28th. Those wishing to drop off their forms in Bicknell may do that from six to eight p-m Thursday, February 12th. The drop off location will be the Bicknell-Vigo Public Library; that is the only drop off day for Bicknell.
Packets to be filled out are available now through the libraries. Any packets dropped in Vincennes will be available on the following Saturday.
