A Lawrenceville, Illinois woman pleaded guilty this week in Dubois County Superior Court to Aiding, Inducing, or Causing Dealing in Methamphetamine.
The plea by 38-year-old Melinda Potts was part of a negotiated plea agreement.
As part of the agreement, she is set to be sentenced to 16 (or 12 actual) years executed in prison at the Indiana Department of Correction.
Potts is scheduled to be sentenced on March 5th.
The Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office says both Potts’s and her co-defendant, Eldra Graves, are alleged to have been found in possession of approximately 109 grams of meth in August 2025 during a traffic stop in Jasper.
