Indiana Governor Mike Braun is among those in farm states calling for a year-round national allowance of E-15 fuels. That call is for Congress and the President to allow a gasoline blend of 15 percent ethanol to be available year-round, nationwide.
Governor Braun says the E-15 boost would boost chances for Indiana’s corn growers. Braun knows part of the difficulty in getting E-15 across the federal finish line is the influence of Big Oil.
Braun’s call for national E-15 expansion is in a letter to all nine Indiana Congressmen, and both of Indiana’s Senators.
