Several ARea Girls Named All-State by IBCA

Several area girls’players have been named to the various IBCA Coaches’ All-State teams.

In this area, only one player was named as an IBCA senior “Supreme 15” player, as Evansville Central’s Maddy Shirley was on that list. Two players were namedf Senior A—State, with North Knox’s Lexi Primus and Washington’s Katie Reed making that list.  Senior honorable mention players were North Knox’s Baylee McClure and Jade Richter, Barr-Reeve’s Josie Knepp, Washington’s Shay Hawk, and Shakamak’s Madelyn Kennett.

Gibson Southern’s Paige Schanaus was an underclass “Supreme 15” member.  Two area girls were underclass All-State selections—including South Knox junior Kendal Hill and Loogootee’s Alaina Diamond.
