Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Vincennes man last night on a single charge of failure to appear.
48 year-old Stephen Small is charged with the failure to appear count in connection with a 2021 charge of dealing in cocaine. Court records also show he faces a separate warrant for various drug-related charges in Sullivan County.
Small is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail
