Tributes continue to pour in following the death of former Vicnennes Mayor Howard Hatcher. Hatcher passed away over the weekend.
Current Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum remembers Hatcher as a great public servant.. Yochum also remembered Hatcher as always being upbeat.
Following his term as Mayor, Hatcher served many years on both the Police Police Merit Commission, as with the Knox County Health Department. In his Health Department role, he was a major force in helping the community face the early 2020’s Covid-19 pandemic.
