A reportedly homeless man has been returned to Knox County to face a single charge of child solicitation.
32 year-old Dustin Lee Stump was arrested in Peoria, Illinois on the Knox County charge. The incident allegedly happened on February eleventh at a location in the county.
Stump was booked into the Knox County Jail on ten-thousand dollars cash bond. His initial hearing is pending.
