Washington Police arrested a Washington man Tuesday for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Possessing a Weapon or Instrument of Violence by a Serious Violent Felon, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana with a Prior Drug Conviction.
30-year-old Brandon Karns is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
