The Knox County Solid Waste Management District Board has set another executive session for Tuesday of next week at District headquarters. The executive session will be for interviews and information. That session will begin Tuesday at eight-30; it is closed to the public.
After the executive meeting, a special public session is set for nine that morning, also at the S-W-M-D headquarters. That meeting is open to the public. The District headquarters is at 810 South 17th Street in Vincennes. The interviews and planned special session are part of the continuing search for an Executive Director. The new director will replace Michelle Smith; she has resigned that spot to take another one as director of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce.
