Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man this morning following a traffic stop at Ninth and Perry.
Officers arrested 28 year-old Jesse Montgomery on a charge of operating while intoxicated—endangerment. He was booked into the Knox County Jail on four=thousand dollars bond.

Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Vincennes man last night upon his return to the County Work-Release parking lot.
34 year-old Dustin Russell is charged with both “huffing”— or deliberately inhaling toxic vapors- as well as operating while intoxicated. He was taken from the Work-Release Center to the Knox County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
