A Robinson, Illinois has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for Possession of Child Pornography.
Jason Bogard was sentenced Wednesday as part of a negotiated plea agreement with the state.
Sister station WTYE in Robinson reports that according to court documents, between December 1st and 6th of 2025, Bogard possessed image files depicting the lewd exhibition of a female child under the age of 13, as well as an image file depicting the simulation of the child performing sexual acts on an adult male.
