The Vincennes Utility Services Board heard an update on Vincennes Water Utilities’ plans concerning the Broadway Place Subdivision. V-W-U general manager Kirk Bouchie told the Board the department is considering an encroachment on the City Ditch to serve the coming subdivision.
Developers plan construction of a majority of duplexes on that property, as part of a need for more housing in Vincennes. The housing need has been highlighted as one of the top needs for City growth in the future.
