More information has been released on the arrest of a Vincennes man at Washington Avenue and Hebert Road. The arrest happened with 34 year-oldDavy Wiulliams crashed his vehicle on the railroad tracks near the intersection of Hebert Road and Washington Avenue in Vincennes.
Deputies found Williams on the ground in front of his car.
His vehicle was on the tracks with the rear of the vehicle in the air and the front tires digging into the rock around the tracks.
Williams was arrested on a felony charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction.
