The Indiana Department of Transportation will resume its overnight closures of the U-S 41/50 Tri-Level southeast split at ten Sunday night. The work is an overnight closure from ten each evening to six the next morning, from Sunday night to Thursday morning.
INDOT spokesman Gary Bryan says the closure is the easiest way to work on that project, without getting in the way of normal traffic flow. Bryan also realizes some of those most affected by the overnight closures are over the road semi drivers.
The work will continue, weather allowing, through the end of the month. Also, Bryan reminds everyone not every tri-level ramp will be closed at the same time during the work.
