Work on the Hart Street overpass continues, even as the opening of the school year draws closer. Vincennes Community School students will head back to class in the first week of August.
Much of the work on Hart Street is dedicated to keeping at least two lanes of traffic open. INDOT’s Gary Bryan Bryan warns Hart Street drivers the four-way stops at both exits to U-S 41 will continue for a while longer.
The Hart Street overpass work is part of an overall overhaul of sections of U-S 41 between Vincennes and Evansville.
