Knox County Library officials consider their summer reading program as a huge success. A program review was part of a recent meeting of the Knox County Library Board.
Board members heard a report that a record 900 people got involved in this year’s reading program. The summer reading effort continues a well-over century long summer based program to encourage reading and increased literacy among both students and adult readers.
