A Vincennes man was arrested yesterday afternoon on murder and arson charges in the fire-related death of Aileese Tucker. 37 year-old Shane Carie is charged with both counts in the Monday evening death.
Tucker died after being airlifted to and Indianapolis hospital following her rescue from the fire. Crews responded to the fire in the Eleventh Street home owned by Troy Pickel. After an investigation, the ndiana Department of Homeland Security, and the Vincennes Police, arrested Carie on the charge. He is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
