Shane Carie is set for an initial hearing on Thursday, October first, at 8:30 am in Knox Superior Court One. The 37 year-old Carie is charged with murder and arson in a fire that killed 19 year-old Aileese Tucker. Fire investigators claim the fire that killed Tucker was intentionally set. The fire was reported to the back of a home owned by Troy Pickel on North 11th Street in Vincennes.
The case will be heard by Knox Superior Court One judge Gara Lee. Carie is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
