The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute honored 96 members of Indiana’s public safety community during its annual Traffic Safety All-Star Awards Ceremony on Friday. Among them were Tyler Garrard and Parker Tromley from the Knox County Sheriff’s Department. Awards were presented to law enforcement personnel who demonstrated outstanding performance in impaired driving enforcement and prevention in 2025.
Along with Tromley and Garrard, other All-Star award recipients from the area include Justin Smith of the Indiana State Police Jasper Post, and Michael Bates with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office.
