With the start of October comes the start of awareness about Wreaths Across America. Once again this year, the Vincennes Rotary and Kiwanis clubs will join forces to place wreaths on the graves of various veterans in Vincennes cemeteries.
The public is also invited to purchase wreaths to place on the grave sites of their loved ones as well. Order forms were sent out with Vincennes Water Utilities bills in August, and will happen again this month. Forms are also available at Vincennes Water Utilities officers at 403 Busseron in Vincennes, and by calling 812-882-8860. The deadline to order wreaths this year is November 20th.
The national distribution day is set for Saturday, December 19th. This will mark the tenth year for the wreath delivery day in Vincennes.
