The Indiana Department of Transportation says a section of State Road 56 in Pike County is scheduled to be closed on Monday for a culvert replacement project.
The closure will occur between State Road 257 and Old Petersburg Road.
This road closure is expected to take a week to complete, depending on the weather.
The official detour will be State Road 257 to State Road 64 to U.S. 231.
Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
