The last area school to get started this year is the Linton-Stockton School Corporation. Along with a new start is a new Superintendent, former North Knox principal, and former South Knox superintendent, Tim Grove.
Grove knows he has good people to help him adjust to taking the top spot at Linton.
Grove’s time as South Knox superintendent ended with him being bought out of the rest of his contract by the South Knox School Board. He then returned to North Knox as the senior high school principal for one year, before being named as superintendent at Linton.
Grove also claims his one year time back as North Knox principal was a welcome change.
Former North Knox Primary principal Scott Sturgeon has taken Grove’s place as principal at North Knox High School.
