The Gibson County town of Haubstadt is scrambling to figure out why no one received their water bills, after they were mailed out at the end of July. Clerk-Treasurer Bonnie Wagner says she is not aware the city has ever had this problem.
The local post office sent the bills to their distribution center in Louisville, Kentucky, and don’t know what happened after that. New bills are being printed for people who stop in to city offices.
