The Knox County Area Plan Commission Board has approved a rezoning for land across from Kohl’s on Hart Street and Bierhaus Boulevard.
Petitioner Ready Farms asked for the rezoning. Plans are for an un-specified restaurant to go on that 1.17 acre property. Board members approved the subdivision last month; this action is the next step toward the future establishment to locate on that property.
No timetable for any development there has been set at this time.
