Firewood cutting for home use available at Shakamak State Park

The public is invited to cut up and remove certain downed trees at Shakamak State Park for firewood. Permit sales and cutting begin Monday and end March 27th.
The cost of one pickup-truck load is $10.
A firewood permit must be obtained for each load at Shakamak State Park’s office between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
