Activist, author, and political commentator Robert L. Arnold will be speaking at the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center on the Vincennes University campus on Saturday, March 28th at 6:00 PM.
The event is free and open to the public.
The evening program, titled “Time for a Change,” will focus on community engagement and encouraging participation in the democratic process.
