Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s office says an agreement has been reached with four fast food chains over employee no-poach agreements.

Under the deal, Dunkin’, Arby’s, Five Guys and Little Caesars will stop making workers sign no-poach clauses which prevent them from moving to another job.

Attorney General spokesperson Annie Thompson says employees often don’t even know about the rule.

Raoul’s office and several other attorneys general in other states have already reached agreements with other restaurant chains like Panera and Wendy’s.
