A Patoka man sentenced for the death of his three-month-old son was attacked Wednesday by the child’s uncle in the Gibson County Courthouse.
After receiving a 25-year- sentence for Felony Domestic Battery, 23-year-old Kwin Boes was being escorted out of the courthouse when he was punched in the face by 52-year-old Jeremiah “Matt” Hartley. Hartley is now facing a battery charge.
Boes’ son, Parker, died of blunt force trauma to the head in May 2018.
