Vincennes City Police arrested a Vincennes man early Tuesday Morning following a call to a domestic disturbance. As of 3:10 AM, officers had arrested and booked 29-year-old Jared Lockhart into the Knox County Jail on a single count of domestic battery. Lockhart is being held without bond.
As of this morning, 152 inmates were being housed at the Knox County Jail.
