The Vincennes Mayor’s Office says crews with Wabash Utilities will be closing 2nd Street between Executive Boulevard and Old State Road 67 early Thursday for the installation of a water line for the new Culvers restaurant.
Hillcrest Road will be open to Old State Road 67.
Drivers who need to access the businesses on Old State Road 67 can use Old Terre Haute Road.
The work is expected to be completed in one day.
If rain delays the work or complications arise, work will take place on Friday September 10th.
