Blazers Fall Short at Frontier

VU Baseball is now 14-16 following a 7-5 loss at Frontier. The Bobcats scored 4 in the first while VU got single runs in the 4^th and 5^th to make it a 4-2 game. Frontier added a single run in the 6^th and 2 more in the 7^th the bust the game open 7-2. VU got a single run in the 7^th and two in the 8^th on a Connor VanLannen longball to make it 7-5. Frontier shut the door in the 9^th to pick up the win. VU is home this afternoon with Frontier at Jerry Blemker Field. The first pitch is at 4 this afternoon.
