Skill Precast LLC, a newly formed producer of precast concrete wall panels and pole bases, has chosen Knox County to establish its new manufacturing site.
The company intends to invest more than $2.2 million in the project, including a new building and associated equipment, and expects to create up to 15 new jobs.

Based on the company’s job creation plans, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation has committed an investment of up to $150,000 in the form of incentive-based tax credits.
The Knox County Council also recently approved a ten year tax abatement to support the project.
