The two-day Vincennes Watermelon Fest continues thru today.
The Festival is presented by the Knox County Chamber of Commerce. Chamber president Jamie Neal says this year’s new Festival focus is on agriculture– including an antique tractor show on Saturday.
Free watermelon will also be available through the weekend, presented by Knox County’s Mouzin Brothers Farms.
Among today’s events is the annual WZDM Baby and Toddler Watermelon Pageants. Those events start at ten this morning and covers kids from newborns to four years old. The age-group Watermelon Queen contest will begin this afternoon at three p-m.
