Washington Community Schools has announced that former NBA player Chris Herren will share his story with the community on January 26th at 6:00 pm in the Washington High School Auditorium. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Register on the school corporation’s website.
Since 2009, Herren, who is in long-term recovery, has spoken to over one million students and community members, sparking discussions on the topics of substance use disorder and wellness.
