It took overtime for the Bloomfield Cardinals to defeat the South Knox Spartans 36-32 The Spartans went the final 10 minutes of the game without scoring and fall to 7-5. Jackson Thomas had a career high 10 points for South Knox. The Spartans are off until Friday when they take on Vincennes Lincoln
Vincennes Lincoln fell on the road at Sullivan 60-57 to slip to 2-10 on the season. Alices back in action Friday with South Knox.
Vincennes Rivet Patriots slipped to 3-7 after falling to North Central 56-25.
The South Knox Lady Spartans in overtime defeated the Vincennes Lincoln Lady Alices 43-36. Ella Bobe and Bren Hill led South Knox in scoring with 13 points each. Meredith Adam added 11 for the 14-6 Spartans. Vincennes Lincoln went the final 6:25 without scoring. They were lead by Ari Gerkin who scored 11.
The Vincennes Rivet Lady Patriots improved to 9-9 on the season as they defeated Evansville Mater Dei 45-39. Rivet is back in action Tuesday against Tecumseh.
